Old Fashion Pot Roast!

1 Roast of your choice

1 package of Italian Dressing Mix

1 package of Ranch Dressing Mix

1 package brown gravy mix

1 package french onion soup mix

Onion

Carrots

Potatos

Place roast in crock pot and fill with water to almost the top of the meat.  Sprinkle the Italian Dressing mix, Ranch Dressing mix, brown gravy mix and the french onion soup mix on top of the meat.  Cut onion into rings and place on meat.  Place washed, peeled and cut carrots and potatoes around the meat.  Cook for 4-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.  Enjoy!

I make enough of this to have left overs and I use everything but the potatoes to make Beef Noodles!  Please let me know if you want that recipe and I can post that.  It makes a new meal using leftovers!!!!  Yummy!
