Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves (If you use boneless...it will cook quicker. I used what I had and it was bone in chicken breast.)
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- sliced ham (use as much as you want! We covered the chicken...so about 1/2 of ham)
- sliced Swiss cheese (I LOVE cheese so we used almost a 3/4 of a pound)
- 1 (8 ounce) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Mix together the cream of chicken soup and milk in a small bowl. Place chicken on the bottom of the crock pot. Cover with slices of ham and then Swiss cheese. Pour the soup over the layers. Sprinkle the stuffing on top, and drizzle butter over stuffing. Cover, and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, or 2 to 3 hours on High.
I made enough to provide chicken salad sandwiches and chicken salad on spinach for lunch the next day! It had a wonderful flavor and my kiddos loved it!!!!!!!
