Welcome to our Artists Study! We have just completed Van Gogh! Here is a recap of what we learned!

Vincent Van Gogh was born in 1853 and it wasn't until after his death in 1890 that he became famous! He wrote letters to his brother Theo, who owned a gallery, and shared his works with him. Theo tried to tell Vincent that he was talented but he didn't believe it.

We had lots of fun things to do! Puzzles (which I made into a magnet puzzle), our "trading cards" and made our mini book! We also read our book on Van Gogh and watched the movie that went with it! We topped off our study with a "copy-cat" painting of one of Van Gogh's works!
